Common questions
How do my customers install their loyalty card?
They scan your QR code, then add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If they cannot use Wallet, they can open the web card instead.
A customer can't add the card to their wallet. What now?
Ask them to open the link in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android, not inside Instagram, Facebook or another in-app browser. The web card remains available if Wallet still does not work.
How do I manage my subscription or billing?
Open Billing in your back office to change plan, update your payment method or download invoices. Message us if you cannot find what you need.
How do I update my card's design or rewards?
Use the wallet card settings in your back office. Colours, logo and reward text update automatically on your customers' cards.
How does a customer stop receiving messages?
They can unsubscribe from the card. They can also ask for their data to be deleted from their card at any time.
