- No. They add the card to Apple Wallet on iPhone or Google Wallet on Android. If that is not available, they can use a simple web card.
- What if they don't have a smartphone wallet?
- They can keep a web version of the card through a link. You scan it the same way, and the rewards stay in sync.
- Can I keep my current stamp system?
- Yes. You choose stamps or points, set the target and decide the reward. The gesture at the counter stays close to what your team already knows.
- How long does it take to start?
- Most shops can set up the card, choose the reward and print the QR code in a few minutes.
- And GDPR?
